We may collect the information you provide through enquiry, registration, purchase and DigiCard-management forms. This may include names, business details, contact information and the content you choose to place on a DigiCard.

How information is used

We use information to provide and support DigiCards4Biz services, respond to enquiries, process instructions, maintain accounts, improve the service and send communications you have requested or agreed to receive.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only where needed to operate the service, comply with the law or work with trusted providers that support hosting, email delivery, payment processing and related functions. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information. While an account is active, information is retained as needed to provide and support the service.

When DigiCard service ends, the account is blocked and client-uploaded content and related account information are scheduled for deletion from the active service after 30 days. You should retain your own original content because DigiCards4Biz does not provide a content-export service.

Invoices, payment and transaction records, terms-acceptance records, correspondence, security records and other information may be retained for longer where reasonably required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legal obligations. When information is no longer required for an authorised purpose, it is deleted or de-identified in accordance with applicable law.
